Impact windows and doors
Traco of Cranberry Township, Pa., expanded its Biscayne Shutterless product line with thermal aluminum impact coastal area windows and doors with insulating laminated glass. The 2 ¾-inch thermally broken aluminum frame will not rot, bow, warp or fade in heavy rain and blazing sun, according to a company release. American Architectural Manufacturer Association, National Fenestration Rating Council, Energy Star, the Florida Building Code and the Texas Department of Insurance have certified the product, according to the release. The line consists of single-hung, sliding, casement and fixed windows and sliding glass doors and terrace doors.
