Tipped glass load kills Canadian window company employee
A 31-year-old employee of the Westeck Windows Manufacturing Inc. in Chilliwack, British Columbia, died after a load of glass panels fell on him on the job site, according to an Aug. 16 article from the Hope Standard, a publication of the Black Press Group in British Columbia.

UK man injured from 1.5 tons of fallen glass
A 1.5 ton load of 30 sheets of glass crushed glass delivery worker from HW Glass in Wigan, England, Aug. 18. The 32-year-old man suffered a broken leg from the accident, according to a next-day article from the Manchester Evening News.
