High design pressure windows and door
Venice, Fla.-based PGT Architectural Systems launched a line of commercial products engineered for high design pressure for multifamily high-rise construction. The line includes the SH3000 side-load single-hung window, PW3020 fixed window and SGD3030 sliding glass door. They come with large and small missile glass options, and meet or exceed specifications for AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440-05 (updated) Standard/Specification for Windows, Doors and Unit Skylights. Aluminum frames come in 12 colors; AAMA2603, AAMA2604 and AAMA2605 compliant paint finishes are available. Options include custom-designed window installation accessories and double-applied muntins. Single-hung window and sliding glass door panels feature a perimeter V-notch design at mitered corners.
