Rochester Insulated Glass to expand facility
Rochester Insulated Glass Inc., headquartered in Manchester, N.Y., will invest $8.7 million into its Manchester facility, retaining 62 jobs and creating 75 more during the next three years, according to a March 27 Rochester Business Journal article.

Calif. developer to transform 200 acres into sustainable community
Codding Enterprises of Rohnert Park, Calif., plans to turn a 200-acre former high-tech campus into a high-density community with 1,900 housing units and 750,000 square feet of commercial space, according to a March 28 GlobeSt.com article.

Codding already has spent $7.5 million to install 90,000 square feet of solar panels that can generate enough power to run 1,000 homes, according to the article.
