Saint-Gobain issues 17.4 million new shares

Officials from France’s Saint-Gobain announced plans to convert more than 4.3 million “Oceane” bonds into new shares at a ratio of four shares for one bond, according to a Dec. 21 company release.

The Oceane bonds were originally issued in February 2002, and the total new shares issued equals 17.4 million, a 4.96 percent increase in the number of shares outstanding, according to the release… read more
