Located in downtown Chicago, Wolf Point West is the first residential tower to be built at the confluence of the north, south and main branches of the Chicago River. The 48-story building includes 509 luxury rental units and shared amenities, including  an outdoor pool and sundeck, a top floor fitness center, a game room, fire pits, direct access to a river walk, and an indoor-outdoor dog lounge. The design features inset balconies with three dimensional, horizontal bands of aluminum tubes that provide additional texture and interest. An extensive glass railing system, fabricated to harmonize with the glass façade of the building, plays a key role in the project. Read more...
