That number is staggering. Younger folks aren't interested in the trades and older workers are retiring. We as an industry need to figure this out.

Artist Lofts is a redevelopment of the Mirro Aluminium Co.’s Plant #3, built in 1929, in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The project meets historic preservation demands, while converting an abandoned factory building into 40 affordable two- and three-bedroom apartments, a majority of which are income-restricted. Over 300 historically accurate windows in 12 different sizes dominate the building, delivering tax credits to the developers as well as light to occupants, and an aesthetically pleasing
