News broke that the money raised from the Ice Bucket Challenge two years ago led to a major breakthrough in the research of ALS.

When the design team set out to renovate a 1930s-era cigar, candy store and adjacent warehouse at 522 Lady Street in Columbia, South Carolina, they knew that exterior glass would play a major role in achieving project goals to create a modern office space. The glass creates a contemporary feel that sets off structural elements of the legacy buildings, including red brick walls and white stucco surfaces.
