Opened in May 2015, the four-story, 85,000-square-foot WESTMED medical office building marks the first new office construction along the I-287 corridor in Westchester, New York, in more than 25 years.

The new and highly visible WESTMED Building features a solar controlled, low-emissivity glass facade. Ron Hoina, AIA LEED AP, principal of the project architect, explains, “We wanted a high-quality finish for the building with good brightness for interior color rendition and environmental performance.” Read more...
