Trulite CEO Discusses the Acquisition of AGC’s U.S. Commercial Fabrication Operations

On Dec. 29, 2014, officials from Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions LLC announced the company acquired the U.S. commercial fabrication assets of AGC Glass Company North America Inc. Glass Magazine interviewed Trulite CEO Paul Schmitz about the deal and about future plans for the company.

Officials from the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association say U.S. businesses, nonprofits and government agencies are on tap to spend nearly $1.5 trillion this year for capital goods or fixed business investment. Is the glass industry part of this $1.5 trillion investment boom? Absolutely.
