Meet the Best Sales Representative Finalists

Pompeo is owner of AGS, a manufacturers’ rep firm for a wide range of architectural glass and metal products. AGS represents glass and glazing manufacturers, including Dorma Glas, Glasswerks and Major Industries. Pompeo started in the glass business in 1990 when he was 23, and formed AGS in 2002.



As senior business development manager for Glass Apps, Quesada is responsible for developing high-level relationships with glaziers, general contractors, architects, large corporations, and window and curtain wall manufacturers throughout the United States. In her role, she manages client solutions from concept through to final delivery and installation.

 
Passman entered the glass and glazing industry in 2006, and joined the Technical Glass Products sales team in 2011. “He is a motivated individual who rises above his regular sales and territory management duties,” says Devin Bowman, vice president of sales for TGP. “Whether he is calling on glazing contractors or consulting with architectural firms, he is genuinely interested in developing relationships that go beyond the point of sale."
