Code Update: What you need to know about the latest ICC code-change proposals
The 2013 International Code Council Group B Code Development Hearings recently took place in Dallas, where code officials reviewed numerous proposals for changes to the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code, 2015 International Existing Building Code and 2015 International Residential Code, among others. Bohle America introduced transparent setting blocks for mounting all-glass showers and assemblies, mirrors and other glass applications. Unlike wooden or plastic setting blocks, the transparent blocks are practically invisible once mounted, the supplier reports.

Architects for the two-story, 18,000-square-foot SunNFun recreational facility in Sarasota, Fla., wanted to offer residents an interior space that remained cool but also offered direct access to the beautiful Florida weather.
