Transforming the showroom
Much more than a venue to display products, the showroom is a representation of a company’s brand, giving visitors an indication of the product and service quality they can expect. A well designed space allows customers to interact with products and imagine how they could fit into their own space: an experience that is critical to the sales process, industry executives say.
 
Glass industry representatives gathered in New Orleans last week for the Insulating Glass Manufacturers Alliance Annual Conference, where discussion centered around a number of topics, including the transition from voluntary IG certification to near mandatory certification and the unexpected challenges it has presented.
