This special Thursday edition of e-glass weekly marks the second of four issues in which we present the Glass Magazine Award nominees for best installer, production supervisor, project manager and sales rep. After narrowing down the nominations to three finalists in each category, the Glass Magazine editors need you to decide the winners.

Meet the Best Production Supervisor finalists

John Bush, plant manager, General Glass International
Bush serves as plant manager for General Glass International. In that role, he is responsible for all manufacturing operations, including customer service and transportation. The GGI plant runs 'round the clock, has more than 50 employees and produces a wide variety of specialty products to the Northeast market.

Waylon McCall, branch manager, Aldora Architectural Aluminum and Glass Products
McCall serves as branch manager for Aldora Architectural Aluminum and Glass Products and is responsible for all fabrication, manufacturing, and distribution for the company and its satellite location. He currently supervises more than 50 employees at a 65,000-square-foot facility.


Scott White, plant manager, Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions
White serves as plant manager for Trulite’s Orlando fabrication facility. He is in charge of daily management of production flow, cutting yields, tempering yields, on-time delivery and labor hours. The 108,000-square-foot plant offers a complete range of glass fabrication services.
